1.      Friends of Bunjil  

o        Purpose:

To establish yourself as an “interested person or organisation” you can register you details here.

NOTE: There is no formal membership offered under this option

o        Benefits:

Stay Connected via our email database. This will allow you to receive regular updates on the project and stay in touch.

2.      " Support Member" (Member of Bunjil Community Membership Association Inc.)

o        Purpose:

To stay connected and enjoy discounts on upcoming events and receive offers prior to the general public.

o        Benefits:

Inclusion and free entrance or discounts on events and meetings, inclusion in Secure Online Forum for discussions and the ability to consider offers prior to general public, such as:

  i.      Other future membership options (see item 5);

                     ii.      Future Opportunities to work or live in the community;

iii.       Second choice for Project Teams and participating in creating the village

                    iv.      Potential employment positions in the project; and

                     v.      Receiving proposals for enterprise opportunities.

 o       Have Your Impact:

                      i.      Vote on proposals made in General & Special Meetings

 ii.      Eligibility to become an elected Committee Member and participate in leading & guiding the Association

o        Costs:

                                i.      One-off joining fee of $30 per membership

                               ii.      Yearly Membership Fees – please enquire! 

 3.      Corporate Memberships – Please enquire

 

 4.      "Founding Member"

o        Purpose:

Available for a limited number of members who -

  i.     maintain an active paid up membership in the Bunjil Community Membership Association Inc; and

 ii.      contribute “Seed Funding” to the project.

o        Benefits:

In addition to Member of Bunjil Community Membership Association Inc. benefits (see 2):

  i.     First choice for Project Teams and participating in creating the village

 ii.     First choice, as outlined in the Community Seed Funding Document, for a home or enterprise in the community

iii.     Discount on Village entry fees;

iv.     Priority access to other future membership upgrades, options and opportunities.

o        Have Your Impact:

Be part of designing & creating the farm, the village, the community infrastructure, the arts centre, the community goverance model and much more.

  i.      Bunjil Community Membership Association Inc. membership fees as described under (2)

 ii.      Seed Funding Contribution between $15,000 to $100,000, with low income earners able to access membership from $5,000 (see Community Seed Funding Documentation)

 

5.     Other Potential Future Memberships – there are a range of future memberships that may be possible, including the Food Co-op, Organic Farm, Retreat / Accommodation, Day Spa, Recreation etc.  These possibilities will be offered first to Founding Members and then to Support Members, before being made available to the general public.
